Is it really free to list my dance event?
Yes, completely free. Bailamap does not charge organizers anything to list events. There are no premium tiers, no hidden fees, and no commissions on ticket sales. We believe the dance community thrives when information flows freely.
What types of events can I list?
You can list socials, classes, workshops, congresses, weekenders, and festivals. Bailamap supports bachata, salsa, Cuban salsa, zouk, kizomba, tango, cumbia, reggaeton, and related Latin dance events.
Can I list recurring events?
Yes. You can set your event as weekly (e.g., every Thursday) or monthly (e.g., first Saturday of the month). Bailamap automatically shows the next occurrence on the calendar and map.
How do traveling dancers find my event?
Dancers search Bailamap by city or use the interactive map to find events near them. Your event appears on the city page, in style-specific pages (e.g., "Bachata in Bangkok"), and on the Explore map. Travelers planning trips often check Bailamap before they arrive.
Can I include pricing and payment methods?
Yes. You can add multiple pricing tiers (e.g., presale, door, class-only, full night) and specify payment methods including cash, card, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and more.
My city is not listed yet. Can I still add events?

Can I add a flyer or image to my event?
Yes. You can upload an event flyer or image that will be displayed on your event page and shared when people view your event on social media (OpenGraph image).
